At Trignon, we believe that innovation and creative thinking is not the privilege of any one organization.  In order to make available the best and most creative talent to our clients, Trignon has assembled a portfolio of young, dynamic companies that are each experts in their field and which complement Trignon’s knowledge, solutions and experience.  We seek out such firms on a proactive basis and seek to form alliances with them that are mutually beneficial.  In some cases we may assist one of our partners in their internal operations or may limit ourselves to assisting them with business development.  In all cases, we ensure that we have the basis for a trustworthy relationship. 

This starts with a thorough due diligence of the organization’s capabilities and technology.  We look at all aspects of the organization including the caliber of their management team, financial condition and track record.  We encourage our partners to conduct a similar due diligence on Trignon to ensure that they are able to establish an informed view of our capabilities.  Once we have entered in to a partnership with an organization, we work to familiarize ourselves with their capabilities.  Subsequently, we may ask for a proof of concept development or look for opportunities to develop new value propositions by combining their solutions with other capabilities or solutions that we are aware of.
