Vibhakar Bhushan

Vibhakar's mission is to build and optimize Business Solutions by leveraging IT to its maximum potential. An IT Professional with experience spanning 30 years, he has been associated with the Indian IT industry from its infancy. After completing B.Tech from IIT-Kanpur, he joined Tata Burroughs in 1978 and moved on to Unisys, EWI, Oracle and Misys.

Vibhakar has been at the forefront of building solutions, consulting Fortune 500 clients and managing IT Operations. He was a founding Partner of EWI Business Consulting, founded in 1995 to provide ERP Implementation and related services in Europe. EWI was taken-over by Oracle to form Oracle SSI, which he continued to lead. Later, he was Development Director for Misys Banking operations in India. Vibhakar has been closely involved with cloud computing. He was involved with the launch of Oracle's On-Demand initiative in Europe and later launched a venture to provide workflow automation for SalesForce.com platform. He also mentors and is on the board of other start-up companies.

Madan Moudgal

Madan is a healthcare industry consultant and general manager with a successful record of building and delivering solutions for complex business problems. He has worked within large, mature organizations as well as nimble start-up teams. His experience includes various aspects of general management including software product development, consulting and professional services, business development, administration and P&L management. He has organically built-up teams and businesses to achieve stated objectives on multiple occasions. Madan was an early member of the software company, CareGain that created an enterprise software platform for the healthcare domain. He was COO of CareGain Inc until October 2008 when he chose to pursue other opportunities. Madan holds an MBA from New York University besides an MS in mathematics.

Diwakar Kaiwar

Diwakar Kaiwar is an entrepreneur with 20 years of experience providing consulting in the areas of IT infrastructure, Oracle ERP and custom application development. He was the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Inatech Solutions. He was responsible for the development of Oracle best practices in the areas of Oracle ERP and custom development. He also architected frameworks on which business solutions could be built in a cost effective manner.

Following his M. Tech. from IIT Delhi in 1990, Diwakar worked on various software implementation projects providing technology solutions. He participated in numerous projects in Europe while being based in UK, Switzerland and France. Before co-founding Inatech, he worked for organizations like Tata Unisys, EWI and Oracle Corporation.

Diwakar has supported projects under different roles including analyst programmer, system analyst, implementation consultant, technical architect and program manager. He has extensive experience in designing and delivering solutions based on Oracle, Java and Microsoft platforms. His focus during the past few years has been to provide Technical Architecture review and consulting, especially where diversified platforms are present. His capabilities include understanding the IT platform (e.g., Infrastructure) along with the Development platform (involving packaged and custom systems) and mapping them to Business drivers that enable organizations to realize optimal benefits.
